- Expertise knowledge in working with and supporting historically low-income, educationally disadvantaged and first-generation college students.
- As an EOP advisor, I can help students from all different walks of life helping them to navigate college such as major/minor exploration, career development and exploration, basic needs (financial aid, housing, food), and personal well-being.

- Assist faculty in understanding some of the basic things that veteran/military-connected students go through like other special populations on campus.
